My bachelor thesis marked the foundation of Million Moves More MMM, a fully conceptualized sportswear brand developed entirely from the ground up. The project covered every aspect of building a contemporary label, including brand identity, strategic positioning, financial planning, product design, technical development, and complete art direction. From the first sketches to the final business model and visual universe, every element was self initiated and executed by me, resulting in a cohesive and future ready brand concept.
Rooted in my personal lifestyle at the intersection of daily athletic performance and daily creative work, Million Moves More represents more than an academic project. It reflects my ikigai, the fusion of movement, aesthetics, and discipline. The outcome received outstanding feedback and continues to evolve as I explore investment opportunities and strategic partnerships to bring the brand to life beyond university.

As a social media project, Galerie Secrète launched the GS Advent Calendar as a self-initiated and fully self-produced digital format. Over 24 days, I revealed 24 carefully selected quotes via Instagram, transforming the traditional advent calendar into a contemporary storytelling experience. Each day unfolded through two connected story frames, linked by AI-generated transitions to ensure visual continuity while maintaining variation throughout the series.

For the MMM brand strategy cover, I utilized laser engraving technology to cut the signature MMM maze pattern into layered acrylic glass panels. This precise fabrication technique creates a striking visual and tactile effect, adding depth and dimension to the piece. The result is a dynamic cover that not only captures attention but also reflects the brand’s identity in a cohesive and consistent way across every touchpoint.

This booklet explores the enigmatic world of Maison Martin Margiela through a blend of research and editorial design. Guided by themes of anonymity, deconstruction, and quiet radicalism, it translates the brand’s spirit into a visual language of stark contrasts, layered textures, and fragmented narratives. More than a study, it becomes an homage. A printed object that reflects Margiela’s ability to redefine fashion by transforming absence into presence, and restraint into impact. At the same time, it highlights how design can function as both archive and reinterpretation, preserving the essence of a house while giving it new form. The result is not just analysis, but a creative dialogue and a glimpse into the lasting aura of Margiela.
